Having cruised for the past two and half years and logging more than 10K miles aboard I thought it might be time to tell you how delighted we are with the electronics and entertainment package you helped both design and commission during our build of Seabright, a Outer Reef 65-038. The design phase was both meticulous and thoughtful. You helped sort through so many issues, not just pricing but rugged functionality. The documentation and schematics were first rate, which you would expect when dealing with a top notch organization. It was one of the highlights of the entire process.

The electronics commissioning was so smooth and trouble free that when I tell people the process and time lines they are amazed. We were done and cruising, fully functional while many others are still sitting at the dock struggling to see the end of the road much less a sea trail. I attribute this to great planning, product knowledge & compatibility and execution. If you do your homework well up front the backend is so much smoother and less costly.
Post commissioning the support has been fabulous. Any question, issue or update no matter how small, has been handled both timely and with professionalism. A company that provides ongoing support to the level that Concord does, deserves high marks in my book and sets them apart.

I never before written a letter like this on an entire unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed by the support and service provided by you and your team that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. You and your people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from our industry, the work that team did, should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
What particularly impressed me was the team work, the good attitudes, and good spirits that everyone had even with what seemed to be an impossible deadline lurking in the background. A complete Navigation system was designed and installed in just six days. Who does that? This team was motivated and they went the extra mile even working outside in torrential rain almost every day. The trip was a success and the system worked flawlessly with not even one glitch.
In closing, I believe that your technical staff truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for getting this job done and for going well beyond the expectations of myself and Marine Max on the Raymarine project.
